Our home must work hard to meet the needs of a busy life with ease. When it adds to stress rather than soothes it, knowing where to begin to get our home working well and making life easier can be daunting.

I have always been interested in the impact of my environment, and my career path in interior design constantly fuels this interest. Fifteen years in the industry designing floorplans, kitchens, and fitted furniture have brought me to this point of curating my layout design service to help everyday people with regular homes.

My wonderfully hectic family life has taught me equally as much about design and functionality as my 15 years working in the design industry did. Functionality and flexibility have been at the forefront of decision-making as we have adjusted our home over the years.  We have taken the slow and steady approach to our home renovation, project by project, as and when time and money allow.   Having the vision for the end goal and a lot of patience is undoubtedly the key to this style of renovation!  I get the same joy from helping my clients plan their project goals as I do our own.  I am very grateful to have one of those jobs that doesn’t feel like work.
